Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bellebluboutique.com. Please email us your name, order number, and the item you want to return. Please allow 48 hours for the request to be processed. Once your return has been accepted we will email you the return shipping information.
Returns must be mailed within 7 business days once the request is accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed with a store credit gift card.
